     <td><p align="center" class="style1">Acceptable Use Policy.</p>
       <p align="left"><strong>Expiration of Mail.</strong></p>
       <p align="left">You are expected to read mail in your mailbox on a regular
         basis. Mail will be automatically removed from the server if it is older
         than 3 months. A mailbox which has not be accessed for six months (180
         days) will be deleted. </p>
       <p align="left"><strong>Max size of incoming emails</strong></p>
       <p align="left">You are not expected to receive emails bigger than 10
         MBs. Emails bigger then 10 MBs will be automatically removed from the
         server.</p>
       <p align="left"><strong>Storage space on Server</strong></p>
       <p align="left">The maximium space (Quota) available on the server is
         20 MBs per mailbox. </p>
       <p align="left"><strong>Usage</strong> </p>
       <p align="left">You are not allowed to send SPAM. Any user suspected by
         us of sending SPAM will have their usage of the server terminated immeadiately
         and without reference. Under these circumstances no refund will be given,
         and Milnet UK reserves the right to determine what is and what is not
         SPAM.</p>
       <p align="left">You are required to keep your usage of the server to a
         resonable level. If we determine that your usage (as measured either
         by number of emails sent or received, or by the bandwidth used) is approaching
         the unreasonable level, we will contact you (by email) and discuss the
         problem. Only after warning you will we limit the usage of your account.
         As a guide, we consider sending and/or receiving 1000 messages per week
         and using 10 MBs of bandwidth per week to be reasonable. </p>
       <p align="left">&nbsp;</p>
       <p align="center" class="style1">Payment Terms </p>
       <p align="left">When using our paid for service, the following terms and conditions will apply.</p>
       <p align="left"><strong>Applicability</strong>: These terms and conditions apply to the following domains which are avaiable for sign up via the web - </p>

       <p align="left"><strong>Delivery Times</strong>: The service is made available immeadiately on successful completion of the credit card payment pages. If payment is made by cheque, etc, the service will be made available as soon as possible after receipt of payment. If for any reason, the service does not appear to have been made available, please contact us (see below) </p>
       <p align="left"><strong>Cancellation Policy</strong>: As the service is normally made available immeadiately, only complete unused months will be refunded. For example, if only one month is ordered no refund can normally be made once the account is taken into use. If the account is unused, then a refund may be made at the discression of MilNet UK</p>
       <p align="left"><strong>Refunds Policy</strong>: Refunds are only made for complete months. For example, if an account has less than one month before another payment is due a refund will not normally be made. A handling charge of 20% of the refund will be made, and refunds of less that &pound;5.00 will not be made. We only make refunds after a written, signed communication by post to MilNet UK Ltd, Box 4111, Blandford Forum, Dorset DT11 7YH. When writing the following details must be included, your name and address, the email address(s) you wish to terminate, the password(s) asscoiated with the mailbox(es). </p>
       <p align="left"><strong>Delivery</strong>: MilNetUK will make every effort to ensure that the service is continously available, but cannot be held liable for non availability which may be due to maintenance periods, internet conjestion, etc. It is the customers responsibility to ensure during the first free mojth that he has the correct software, and that it is correctly configured to use the service satisfacorily. MilNet UK cannot be held liable if either incoming or outgoing mail fails to be delivered. </p>
       <p align="left"><strong>Prices</strong>: Prices are displayed on our web site and are subject to change.</p>
       <p align="left"><strong>Payment</strong>: Users are given a free months of use at the premium level after signing up for a new email address, during this time they should satisfy themselves that the service is acceptable to them, and that their software is suitable and configured correctly. Following this period, users will be automatically reverted to the basic (free) level of service. </p>
       <p align="left">Payment for continued use of the service at the premium level, or any other extra service, is required in advance. Failure to make payment for any reason will result in the user being reverted to the basic (free) service level without further notice. Mailboxes operating at the basic (free) level which are not accessed for a period up three months, will be automatically deleted. </p>
       <p align="left">Payments are not normally accepted by any other method than by using our on line credit card system. If another method of payment is preferred, it must be for an amount greater than &pound;30 (eg for extended use of a single mailbox, or multiple mailboxes) and is subject to a handling charge of &pound;7.50). If this method of payment is required, terms are strictly cash with order, we are unable to send invoices for this service. </p>
       <p align="left"><strong>VAT</strong>: VAT receipts are not normally sent, if required, please contact us. Our VAT number is 750554438. Prices quoted on our web pages include VAT.</p>
